Training Times
Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday in the Harmony Gym and are available for all ages, both male and female, from 4 years and upwards as follows :-
Rainbows 4-7 years Wed 16:15 to 17:15 Sat 16:15 to 17:15
Peewees 8-11 years Wed 17:15 to 18:45 Sat 17:15 to 18:45
Juniors & Adults 12 years + Mon 19:00 to 21:00 Wed 17:15 to 18:45 Sat 17:15 to 18:45
Beginners are welcome at all classes (the first lesson is free) and you do not need to be physically fit to begin training. Initially, students are encouraged to train to their own level of fitness with a gradual increase in intensity over a period of weeks.
Ideally loose comfortable clothing, for example shorts, tracksuit bottoms, T-shirts, etc. should be worn. Also, remember to bring along a bottle of water.
